You may have noticed we've reached the dawn of a new space age.
Momentum is fierce, but not yet guaranteed. To continue the rapid progress, to truly achieve the next frontier, we'll need to come together over shared purposes, and we'll need to do it with a unified focus we've rarely achieved.
As a world, we sit at the cusp of near-infinite possibility.
As well, we sit at a brink.
The direction we take from here is not set in stone. What we must remember is this:
The slate before us, now, is as blank as it’s been in a long, long time.
Opportunities exist that have not existed before.
Earth is our common ground. Frictions abound, yes, but as we expand beyond these shores we needn’t bring those frictions with us.
Some we will, of course. We are human, after all.
It's up to us to work past them.
